How long does SEO take?
We like to think of SEO as being (at a high level) a 2-part process: firstly (and crucially), your website itself needs to be set up in such a way that search engines can easily understand and list (or “index”) your web pages, and serve them up as search results for relevant queries.
How long that takes depends on the size and scope of the website. The far more difficult question (and more difficult endeavour overall) is what comes next: building your website’s authority to improve your rankings. Depending on various factors, this typically takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months to start to show signs of improvement.
Does my business need SEO?
Maybe – Maybe not! This is where we feel we’re set apart from other agencies.
We know that not every marketing channel is appropriate or cost-effective for every business. Your business model may be better suited to PPC, or email, or social media, or even direct mail. We’ll always give you our honest take.
What’s the difference between SEO and PPC?
Put very briefly: PPC campaigns provide instant visibility but costs you per click for each ad clicks that leads people to your website. PPC is best for short-term results. SEO provides organic traffic growth but takes time and is best for long-term results.
What is Local SEO?
For businesses which primarily operate out of brick and mortar locations, there are a certain set of tasks that help businesses to succeed. You’ll want to rank well for “… near me” and “… in [your city]” searches. You’ll want to appear in Maps searches. We know the secret sauce for local SEO success.

Should I run my PPC campaign on Google Ads? Facebook? Linkedin?
It depends on where your audience is likely looking for services and/or products like those you offer. It also depends on how you plan to reach your target audience; Google Ads offers targeting by user intent (i.e. their search on Google) while social media ads typically are stronger with demographic and interest-based targeting. You may also consider that Google Ads is best for demand capture, where social media ads are for demand generation.
